As an intuitive Massage Therapist & Bodyworker, I specialize in all types of massage such as Deep tissue, Swedish, Sports massage and a Range of Unique modalities. So you have an array of techniques to choose from to meet your therapeutic goals.
I use a variety of tools such as posture assessment and correction, NRT, cupping, essential oils, energy work, vagus nerve rebalancing and singing bowls that allow me to get your body functioning harmoniously.
When you book with me, you're not booking a specific treatment because I allow you & your body to tell me what it needs.
During our session together I use a variety of tools to get your body back to a pain free, harmonious state.

Location & Pricing
I book 30, 60 and 90 minute sessions in my home studio located in Watertown, Connecticut and at the Ruby Tree in Woodbury, Connecticut.
Massages are $55 for 30 minutes, $110 for 60 minutes and $165 for 90 minutes.
First time appointments usually includes a body and posture assessment, so please be sure to block out an extra 30 minutes on your schedule.
I do provide memberships for those who want to take advantage of coming
consistently and saving money too.
